We teamed up with some of our favorite vendors to put on an amazing Boho style bridal brunch shoot in D’Vine Cuisine‘s event space in Downtown Bryan. This gem is perfect for hosting small gatherings like bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and more! All these fun pictures are taken by the talented All Heart Photography.
D’Vine Cuisine not only has a marvelous event space, but their food is equally as spectacular. There are not enough good things to say about that salmon! Amazing!
This Mimosa Bar is a fabulous addition to any brunch! Everyone can make their own mimosa concoction and mix and match to their heart’s desire. We converted our Flower Cart into this fun mimosa display.
This teepee is what dreams are made of! Shout out to Vestige Event Rentals for providing this vintage lace beauty. It is perfect for any Boho themed event!

We’re loving this colorful floral mixed with all the greenery by Postoak Florist. If you have not been into Sabi Boutique, you are missing out! All the lovely ladies in this shoot are wearing jewelry courtesy of Sabi.
Top That! Cake Designs created this classic cake, perfect for an intimate brunch. After all, “A party without cake is just a meeting!” Using fruit as garnish is a unique and delicious way to add color.

We know not everyone has time to come visit Party Time Rentals during normal business hours. So we made a special event for all our customers who need a bit of extra time to make their selections. And we all know that sometimes planning your event is better with a little wine!
What’s better than extended hours and wine… how about getting a discount? That’s right! For one night only if you book with us, you will receive a 5% – 10% discount! If your rental is under $1,000, you will receive a 5% discount. If you spend $1,000 or more, you will receive a 10% discount.
We will have event consultants onsite to answer any questions you may have and to take rental orders. If you want to get a head start on picking out your rentals, make sure to check out our website!

This special is good for all linens, including napkins, runners, sashes, and chair covers!
This special is only valid on new orders placed between February 26 – March 17 of 2018. Linens that are rented with the discount must be paid in full at time of reservation. No changes or cancellations may be made to the linen order once it is placed. This special may not be combined with another discount. You may add on more linens if needed. However, if linens are added after the linen special has ended on March 17, the additional linens will be rented at full price.

Party Time Rentals would like to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who attended our educationalMarketing Down the Aislesession last Wednesday. We had a marvelous turnout from our fellow vendors, an extremely knowledgeable panel of marketing experts and of course great food and great company!
We are so excited to introduce this educational event to the wedding vendors of the Brazos Valley and just anyone who is interested in marketing in general.
Marketing is an ever-changing field in which one must always be up-to-date. So we’ve gathered a panel of marketing experts to talk about the areas in which they specialize.
The Party Time Rentals owner, Delores Crum, will be speaking about how we do marketing within Party Time Rentals and our sister-store, Premiere Events. Our Party Time Rentals designer, Chris Dodgen, will be creating mock bridal show booths and speak about marketing during a bridal show. Mary Mike Hatcher with Bryan Broadcasting will tell us about radio advertising and the importance of following up with marketing leads. We also have Amy from All Things Planned. She will talk all things social media! Lastly, but certainly not least, Dave Marsh, Marketing Consultant for Brazos Valley Insite Magazine, will speak about the importance of print advertising.
There will also be a Q and A portion for any questions you may have for the panelists. Or catch them at our cocktail hour following the Marketing Panel.

That’s okay! Join us for cocktail hour starting at 5:30 PM following the panel portion. D’Vine Cuisine is creating a marvelous menu of hors d’oeuvres for this event. Top That! Cake Designs is bringing some scrumptious sweets. Luke’s Bartending Service will be working the bar for us. And John with All Heart Photography will be here to capture it all!

This year we were lucky enough to work with these amazing women on their annual charity ball held in the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field on Texas A&M University’s campus. The Junior League came to us with a great team, vision and a fun theme: Under the Big Top. From there, we combined the talents of the Junior League, Party Time Rentals and other amazing vendors to create the most visually appealing spectacle for each guest to enjoy.
