It’s no secret that I love color.

When a bride comes in to Party Time to pick out wedding rentals, one of my favorite questions to ask is “What are your colors?”. Sometimes not only will she tell me an accent color, but she will describe an expansive palette of playful hues. This is what I live for.

Did you know that linens are one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to add color into your venue? You are able to blanket entire tables in beautiful shades of anything and everything. Drape ceilings and walls in an array of fabrics and warmth. Gone are the days to expect an all-white reception. 2019 will be the year to be bold and unique! Within your table settings, you can cover every inch of it in something different.

Another question I often get asked by brides is “Do people typically mix linen colors?” My answer is- Why not?

Do you want all of your guest tables to have sage linens and salmon napkins? Or do you want to alternate sage and salmon linens with all ivory napkins? It’s up to you, and whatever you choose it will turn out beautiful.

At Party Time Rentals in College Station, we have an entire wall devoted to color coded linen sections. Chances are, if we don’t have it, we may be able to order it for you! If you’re feeling unsure, we have wonderful experienced event rental consultants in store to help guide you to the vision you are wanting to achieve. Boho Bridal Brunch Shoot

Between picking out the perfect dress, tasting dozens of cake samples, scouting your ideal venue and creating a dreamy tablescape, we often forget about those who are by our side every step of the way.

What better way to show appreciation to the girls standing by your side than by throwing them a thank you brunch? It’s the perfect time to gather all your girls together and just forget the wedding stress for a bit. And who doesn’t love to celebrate with a mimosa…. or two?!

We teamed up with some of our favorite vendors to put on an amazing Boho style bridal brunch shoot in D’Vine Cuisine‘s event space in Downtown Bryan. This gem is perfect for hosting small gatherings like bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and more! All these fun pictures are taken by the talented All Heart Photography.

This Mimosa Bar is a fabulous addition to any brunch! Everyone can make their own mimosa concoction and mix and match to their heart’s desire. We converted our Flower Cart into this fun mimosa display.

We’re loving this colorful floral mixed with all the greenery by Postoak Florist. If you have not been into Sabi Boutique, you are missing out! All the lovely ladies in this shoot are wearing jewelry courtesy of Sabi.

Cake

Top That! Cake Designs created this classic cake, perfect for an intimate brunch. After all, “A party without cake is just a meeting!” Using fruit as garnish is a unique and delicious way to add color.

Our dazzling models come to us from the Texas A&M University’s Student Event Planners Association. These girls all have an interest in perusing an events-related career and were thrilled to participate in the shoot. VIP Bridal helped us choose dresses for our bride and bridesmaids that fit perfectly with our theme. Naturally Flawless gave our girls the finishing touch with hair styling and makeup.

We know not everyone has time to come visit Party Time Rentals during normal business hours. So we made a special event for all our customers who need a bit of extra time to make their selections.  And we all know that sometimes planning your event is better with a little wine!

What’s better than extended hours and wine… how about getting a discount? That’s right! For one night only if you book with us, you will receive a 5% – 10% discount! If your rental is under $1,000, you will receive a 5% discount. If you spend $1,000 or more, you will receive a 10% discount.

Join Us for Marketing Down the Aisle

We are so excited to introduce this educational event to the wedding vendors of the Brazos Valley and just anyone who is interested in marketing in general.

Marketing is an ever-changing field in which one must always be up-to-date. So we’ve gathered a panel of marketing experts to talk about the areas in which they specialize.

The Party Time Rentals owner, Delores Crum, will be speaking about how we do marketing within Party Time Rentals and our sister-store, Premiere Events. Our Party Time Rentals designer, Chris Dodgen, will be creating mock bridal show booths and speak about marketing during a bridal show. Mary Mike Hatcher with Bryan Broadcasting will tell us about radio advertising and the importance of following up with marketing leads. We also have Amy from All Things Planned. She will talk all things social media! Lastly, but certainly not least, Dave Marsh, Marketing Consultant for Brazos Valley Insite Magazine, will speak about the importance of print advertising.

There will also be a Q and A portion for any questions you may have for the panelists. Or catch them at our cocktail hour following the Marketing Panel.

That’s okay! Join us for cocktail hour starting at 5:30 PM following the panel portion. D’Vine Cuisine is creating a marvelous menu of hors d’oeuvres for this event. Top That! Cake Designs is bringing some scrumptious sweets. Luke’s Bartending Service will be working the bar for us. And John with All Heart Photography will be here to capture it all!

Chandelier Room Styled Shoot

This jewel of a venue is nestled in historic downtown Navasota, Texas. The beautiful Chandelier Room has so many unique features, including the Grand Room with original oak flooring, a lovely walk-out front porch, unique French and Italian antiques sprinkled throughout the venue, a private garden, and of course the famous, glittering European chandeliers.

Party Time Rentals had the privilege of  exploring the gorgeous Chandelier Room during our romantic styled shoot in early August. Thomas Ross Photography again joined our vendor team, with the wonderful addition of Top That! Cake Designs. Together we wanted to create a lavish, Fall theme for this shoot, which was carried throughout the entire venue.

The Grand Room

The goal in The Grand Room was to design a dreamy, fairy tale wedding reception gushing with beautiful draping floral and a perfectly designed table setting. We paired our Vanessa Platinum china with our Silver Glass Beaded Charger, added Suzannah flatware, Preludio glassware and Mauve Kensington napkins to complete the dazzling setting.

Cocktail

The balcony was the perfect area for a cocktail setup. We kept it simple and open, yet elegant. Wisteria Gabrielle and Porcelain Kensington linens added  pops of color, with Parisian Lounge Furniture added for seating. Of course the shimmering chandeliers complete this setup.

Cake Display

This lavish, unique and detailed cake by Top That! Cake Designs worked in virtually any space at the Chandelier Room. The soft chandelier lighting was excellent for making the cake pop! The Silver Baroque Cake Server and Cake Stand were used to complement the silver accents on the cake.

Garden

The garden area was a fun addition to the shoot! By itself the garden has a whimsical and magical feel. We used a combination of our cocktail setup, Parisian lounge furniture and overflowing floral to keep that dreamy atmosphere. This garden is perfect for any bride looking for a very intimate wedding ceremony.

The Stella Hotel Styled Shoot

If you haven’t been out to one of Bryan/College Station’s newest and most exciting hotels, The Stella Hotel, you’re missing out! This astronomy themed hotel is like no other in the area, with it’s extraordinary star-shaped chandeliers, wide-open backyard area and it’s unique, modern look with just a splash of rustic feel.

The Stella Hotel was gracious enough to host a styled shoot for Party Time Rentals in July. The gorgeous setting and Party Time decor, combined with the masterful skills of photographer Thomas Ross, were the perfect ingredients to create a dazzling styled shoot.

In a modern hotel like The Stella, we wanted to incorporate some of our rustic decor, all while keeping the theme of the hotel alive. We shot in three different areas of The Stella Hotel, giving each room a slightly different style. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our shoot turned out!

The Ballroom

We set The Ballroom like a wedding reception. We combined sparkling gold flatware, soft gray china, lovely greenery with white roses and a pop of red to stand out. We strung beautiful greenery along the backdrop and sweetheart table. After adding in a bit of a rustic feel with our Madeline chairs and Roadhouse Bar, we didn’t need to do anything else but let that beautiful chandelier shine! As a result we ended up with an almost Winter or Christmas feel.

Cocktail Hour

We wanted to utilize every bit of this unique location that we could. So in the hall, we designed a mock cocktail hour arrangement. Again, we pulled the modern elements of The Stella and blended it with the rustic feel of the Woodsmen Cocktail line to create this special combination.

Brunch

We couldn’t resist using The Stella’s cute, little kitchen area for a fun brunch shoot. We combined all the elements of the previous Stella locations, including our Pure glassware, Capri Brushed Gold flatware, and Heirloom Smoke china with that splash of green and red. We’re loving the results!
